Testimonials

The heading reads "Testimonials", but we still call them "Thank Yous" - be they post cards, letters, faxes and now e-mails.

No "Thank You" has ever been binned, which means there are thousands here, all filed in ring binders, of course. Are we hoarders? Just a little.

It should be easy to choose a handful from these thousands - it is not - it is hard.

Just to let you know our dog Scruffy arrived safe and well in Wellington after being diverted from Auckland! We caught the 5.45am ferry from Nelson (3hrs), collected Scruffy and caught the 2pm ferry back to Nelson then a 2hr drive to our rental house! It was a long day, but to be honest, as soon as Scruffy was with us we were all fine! He is settling in well to his new life in NZ, lots of beach and hill walks, and we are looking to buy semi-rural so it's a good life ahead for him!

Sorry it has taken so long to get in touch but we thought better late than never to say a huge THANK YOU for the wonderful way you looked after our Staffi Honky. We were very anxious about the whole process of bringing him back to New Zealand with all of the MAF regulations, but Golden Arrow made everything so simple, stress free and well within our budget.

Just a note to thank you SO much for the safe arrival of our two dogs and cat. They all arrived into Auckland, as scheduled, and looking extremely fit and well.

They have all settled into their new home and lots of new and interesting smells and sounds to investigate. My horse also arrived safe and well, just today, so it is great seeing him again after 7 weeks apart and we now have all our 'family' reunited in our new country.
