I wish to take this opportunity to thank you and the team for taking all worry out of the many complex arrangements, veterinary, flight, quarantine and schedule of preparation necessary to make Tilly's journey a smooth and safe one. I have it on good authority that she arrived at Spotswood in a satisfactory condition and continued her period of stay without a problem. I was able to telephone about her easily.
An Australian contact made the pick-up from the centre (on discharge). She was very impressed with the conditions and reception by the staff there. Tilly arrived at Mount Evelyn happy, healthy and playful together with her shipping kennel. We have had several outings since and she is adapting well to the environment.
May I also mention that after meeting you all at Lydbury, I was justifiably happy about leaving Tilly in your care. I felt truly able to relax and look forward to my own arrival in Australia.
